We want you to love your Instant Pot products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unit in its original box, ensuring the pressure cooker, inner pot, and power cord are all included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
